🔥🇦🇷 **THIS FRIDAY AT EL BOLICHE – FRANCIS MALLMANN NIGHT!**
This week, Chef Rulo takes inspiration from the legendary Argentine chef Francis Mallmann, celebrating the flavours of Patagonia, the magic of fire and the beauty of slow cooking.
We're preparing a special Argentine dinner:
🍖 **Braised Pork Shoulder**
Slow-cooked with herbs and paprika until wonderfully tender.
🍠 **Fire-Roasted Sweet Potato Purée**
Sweet potatoes roasted whole for a deep, smoky flavour, blended with roasted garlic and butter.
🍅 **Ensalada Criolla**
A refreshing Argentine salad of tomatoes, onions and peppers.
🍨 **Dulce de Leche Flan Ice Cream with Pecan Praline**
A creamy dessert made from dulce de leche flan, finished with crunchy caramelised pecans.

🇦🇷 Buenos Aires meets Paris 🇫🇷
This Friday at **El Boliche**, we’re serving **Entraña Porteña, Parisian Style**: chargrilled skirt steak, sliced across the grain and served with golden French fries, a fresh walnut salad and Chef Rulo’s signature green sauce.
For dessert: a slow-baked apple terrine made with delicate layers of apple, butter and sugar. 🍎
