The forecast called for something on ice!

We’re very excited to introduce our new Coffee Spritz, a sparkling coffee and tonic crafted around our El Nevado cold brew. We developed a bespoke spritz recipe to balance citrus, bitterness, sweetness and acidity, creating something refreshing, complex and made for these long summer afternoons.

Available online and chilled in the fridge at Belgravia.

Best enjoyed cold. Very cold.

For our third Feature Cupping, we’re welcoming Caravela to the Academy for a morning exploring the coffees of Nicaragua.

Together, we’ll taste a range of coffees from Nueva Segovia, a region we’ve been sourcing from since 2018, and discuss the people, processes, and decisions that shape flavour from origin to cup.

Whether you’re new to cupping or looking to deepen your understanding of coffee, it’s a chance to spend the morning tasting, learning, and asking questions alongside the team who help bring these coffees to Workshop.

To book, head to the link in our bio.

To celebrate 15 years of Workshop, we have a special espresso on the bar in our Belgravia cafe.

Las Etíopes have taken a distinctive approach to fermentation, using a 72-hour inoculated process to bring greater structure and intensity to the cup. The result is a Gesha with vivid notes of blood orange, a rich syrup-like sweetness, and a deep, winey character.

Only available for a week.

To ensure our roasting is consistently bringing out the best possible flavours from every lot we source and every batch we produce, the team spends Friday mornings at the cupping table.

Through collaboratively tasting through production samples and discussing a plan of action for each coffee we develop a roasting plan for the upcoming week. We are always chasing a prominent and focussed sweetness, ripe acidity, balance and clean, clear aromatics.

By logging roast data during every batch we roast, and subsequently tasting through these at the cupping table, we’re able to form a feedback loop that ensures consistency and care in every bag our customers receive.

Flat 9 is coming to Workshop.

Over two exclusive nights this June, we’re delighted to welcome Flat 9 to Workshop Coffee Belgravia for a one-of-a-kind multi-course supper club where coffee is not the finale, but the thread running through every course.

Together, Ilaria and the Workshop team have created a menu that explores coffee in unexpected ways, woven through dishes from the first canapé to the final sweet bite. Alongside the menu, guests can choose an optional pairing of champagne, wines and coffee cocktails, carefully selected to complement the evening’s flavours.

Dates: 17th & 20th June
Time: 7pm–10pm
Location: Workshop Cafe & Academy, Belgravia

True to the spirit of Flat 9, seating is limited to just 12 guests per evening. With half of one night already reserved, we’d encourage booking soon if you’d like to join us.
