After a successful first cupping in the Academy last month, we’re excited to host our second session.
These cuppings explore the journey from seed to cup, giving context to what’s on the bar and in the bag.
This session focuses on Burundi. We’ll cup our current seasonal selections alongside experimentally processed lots, exploring the distinctive character of Burundian coffees and the opportunity to support smallholder producers in one of the world’s most resourceful origins.
Expect a guided tasting, followed by discussion around sourcing, harvest cycles and flavour.
Cuppings are limited to 10 places. Book now via the link to join us in the Academy.

Consistency is at the heart of everything we do, from sourcing great coffees through to serving customers in our Belgravia Cafe. In the roastery that means mapping the taste profile, roast colour, development and weight loss of every batch of coffee across our different roasting machines.
Here are a few buckets of our darkest roast, Pillar, ready for packing. Optimised for easier brewing whether through an automatic drip machine, bean-to-cup or your mokapot, this is a daily driver coffee which is super forgiving and easy to dial in. Composed of coffees from small growers in Chapada Diamantina, Brazil and field varieties from the Riripa washing station in Ethiopia.
We pay as much attention roasting these more crowd pleasing offers as we do our beloved range of rotating single origins.
