Such a pleasure catering this special birthday dinner recently. Whilst canapés and main courses were shareable, It seemed fitting to take our time to plate an elegant dessert.
Our individually crafted sticky toffee puddings with marinated berries, macarons and pistachios ended proceedings on a real high.
Vanilla ice cream was served on the side in bucket loads don’t worry.
