Thursday was one of those days I’ll never forget.

From driving to collect this trailer, to seeing it for the first time fully wrapped, to unwrapping it and taking it all in... it was a mixture of excitement, nerves, pride and emotion.

When I started Papa Ji, I never imagined we’d come this far. What began as a dream serving food from a small truck has grown into something much bigger, thanks to every customer, supporter, team member and family member who has backed us along the way.

This trailer isn’t just a trailer. It’s another step forward in the Papa Ji journey.

There is still a lot of hard work ahead, but moments like this remind me why we do it.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us. We are only just getting started.
