So I hadn’t been on Facebook much and received a notification that a friend had tagged me in a post in our local area group, as someone was looking for a local Baker.
I made contact with the customer and after a brief chat she new exactly what she wanted to celebrate her son’s birthday 18th birthday.
My aim is to make the process as seamless and hassle free for my clients. I always give the option of them completing the order form, although I’m happy to do it over the phone or in person for them.
The deal was done, deposit 💵 paid and booking confirmed.
Client was happy on collection and feedback was that the cake went down a treat and was perfect, the celebrations went well.
What more can I ask for? 😊🎂

My youngest daughter likes to be fully involved in the process of her birthday cake 🎂 creations.
Sometimes she’ll draw or sketch her idea 💡 and definitely knows what she wants 😂.
This year her theme was everything sweet 🍬🍭 and she chose a few of her favourites.
Her brief was a four tier vanilla sponge filled with buttercream, decorated with more buttercream and loaded with her favourite sweets.
We opted for:

🍬fruity mentos
She helped to stack and fill the cake layers, then left me with the sketch and instructions to fill the triangles in on top like a pizza 🍕 slice lol.
The cake was enjoyed by friends and family after a few games of bowling and the arcades.
