48 hours in Puglia.
In late summer, some of our team went to Bari to visit suppliers and learn more about the south of Italy. They walked down Orecchiette street, watched pasta being made by hand the traditional way, and of course, took some home.
In Polignano a Mare, they visited the family farm behind our olive oil where is it filled into our signature striped terracotta jars. Every wax seal is added by Giacomo Serafino, who has worked on the farm since he was a teenager.
Most importantly: time spent catching up over the farm’s home grown w**e and antipasto. A fitting end to summer.

Secondi dishes rarely need more than a handful of ingredients, and some bread close by for whatever’s left behind.
Our Gamberi all’Aglio follows that ethos: tiger prawns and datterini tomato roasted with garlic and chilli, spooned over focaccia and finished with a scatter of extra garlic.

3. **Walking:** If you're already in central London, consider walking as it allows you to enjoy the sights along the way.
**Driving/Parking:**
1. **Driving:** If you're driving, head towards the area using a GPS or map app for real-time directions. Be aware that traffic can be heavy in central London.

What people say
Italian restaurants are celebrated for their warm ambiance, rich flavors, and the ability to transport diners straight to Italy with every bite. At Lina Stores, this essence is beautifully captured, making it a must-visit destination in London.
Lina Stores offers an all-day dining experience that caters to every craving. Whether you're looking for a leisurely lunch or a delightful dinner, the menu is crafted with care and creativity. The delicatessen is perfect for those on the go, featuring a tempting selection of panini, salads, and desserts that promise to satisfy any appetite.
One of the standout features of Lina Stores is Bar Lina, an Italian bar tucked away at the back of the restaurant. Here, guests can indulge in modern twists on classic Italian cocktails late into the night—perfect for unwinding after a long day or enjoying a vibrant evening out.
A highlight from their menu is the Pici alla Norcina—a rich and creamy pasta dish made with Porcini mushrooms and roasted Umbrian sausage. This signature dish has become a firm favorite since its introduction at their original Greek Street location over five years ago. Topped with Grana Padano and served with long, chewy Pici pasta from Tuscany, it’s an exquisite representation of Italian culinary tradition.
Whether you’re stopping by for aperitivo hour or planning a cozy dinner with friends, Lina Stores invites you to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. With both walk-in options and reservations available, your next delicious meal is just around the corner!
