To get to Buckingham Palace Road in London, you can take the Tube and get off at Victoria Station. From there, it's a short walk to the road. Alternatively, you can take a bus that goes along Buckingham Palace Road.
If you are driving, there are several parking options available in the area. There is a car park on Semley Place, just off Buckingham Palace Road. Another option is the Q-Park Victoria car park on Eccleston Bridge Road. However, please note that parking in central London can be expensive and spaces may be limited.
