The Open House Festival is an annual celebration of London's architecture and neighbourhoods, and the people and communities that make them.

If you haven't explored our hystoric Clitterhouse farm and our beautiful gardens this is a fantastic opportunity.

Clitterhouse farm and outbuildings can be traced back to the early 1300s. The Farm was originally a woodland submanor with evidence of a moat and orchards around the original buildings.
The "Clitter" part of Clitterhouse originates from the word "clite" or clay and is interpreted as "clay house".

We are delighted to be part of the Open House 2026 and we have lined few events for the duration of the festival:

🌱12th September 10- 5pm Seeds Swap in the Glasshouse and Plant Sale

🌱13th September 11-3pm Plant Propagation, division & cuttings with Anika

🌱19th September11-2pm Open Day Pottery with Annabel

🌱20th September 11-3pm Wildflowers Seed bombs with Vladanka

While no Bookings are required , we do recommend registering your attendance by booking a free ticket on Eventbrite in advance.
