Japanese restaurants are known for their exquisite cuisine and unique flavors that leave a lasting impression on your taste buds. Chotto Matte Soho, located on Frith Street in London, is a perfect example of a Japanese restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience. The brainchild of Kurt Zdesar, who also established Nobu's first European restaurant in London, Chotto Matte Soho is a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, known as Nikkei cuisine.
One of the standout features of Chotto Matte Soho is its signature sushi rolls. These rolls are not only visually stunning but also bursting with flavor. The restaurant's cocktail menu is equally impressive, offering classic favorites and innovative creations that perfectly complement the food.
Chotto Matte Soho also knows how to throw a party. Recently, they hosted an event celebrating Formula 1 Miami with DJs, flame throwers, cocktails, and exquisite food. They even had live art on display for a limited time.
Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends, Chotto Matte Soho has got you covered.
