‘Grief is the price we pay for love.’

Today, all of us in the Camphill Village Trust family are deeply saddened by the news of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Her lifetime of dedication and service has been an example to us all, and we send our heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family as they mourn the loss of their mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

We are proud to support Social Care Day of Remembrance and Reflection.

Today we reflect on the vital work and support of the social care sector throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and remember those workers who sadly lost their lives.

We are so proud of all our colleagues and cannot thank them enough for their hard work, dedication, commitment and strength during such an incredibly difficult time.

Perhaps you could share a 'thank you' in the comments below to a care worker who has provided vital support to you or someone you know, or a 'well done' to a colleague who worked hard to help keep the people they support safe during the pandemic.

Today's the day that we believe Trust supporter Sean Riley will break a 🤞 World Record! Sean is rowing 🚣 50km for 50 days right up to his 50th birthday. We're just waiting on Guinness World Records to confirm this.

To celebrate the World Record 🤞 and to give Sean the motivation to keep going with his epic challenge (he still has 19 days to go 😳), our Build A Band group decided they wanted to record a very special musical treat. 🎶

🥁 So, we're very proud to present Camphill Village Trust's Build A Band group performing '500 Miles of the Rivers of Babylon'.... you need to hear this! 🎸

Well done to everyone involved, a true team effort!

💰 We'd love you to show your support to Sean too, just visit https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/sean-riley6

Thank you.
