To get to Grove Road in Surbiton, there are several options for public transport. You can take the South Western Railway to Surbiton Station and then walk for about 10 minutes to reach the road. Alternatively, you can take the 71 or K2 bus and get off at The Crescent stop, which is only a short walk away.
If you prefer driving, there is limited street parking available on Grove Road and surrounding streets. There is also a public car park located at St. James Road, which is about a 5-minute walk from Grove Road. However, it's worth noting that this car park has restricted hours of operation.
