Ricotta, buffalo mozzarella, fior di latte, Gorgonzola DOP, ricotta salata, provola, Pecorino Romano DOP and burrata โ finished with smoked chilli jam.

Before we officially opened the doors, we thought we'd let the real VIPs check the place out first... ๐๐งโ๐ณ
On Saturday we welcomed our Pizza Pilgrims families into Wimbledon for a day of pizza making, face painting, balloon animals, clowns and plenty of pizza (obviously).
Seeing so many little pizza makers getting stuck in made it a pretty special day.
Now it's your turn Wimbledon, we're officially open!
