I’ve been wanting to post on here for a while but have been in hibernation mode tbh. It’s hard to say everything in one post, so here is just a start…
I’ve spent the past 8 years immersed in food. More specifically, seeking out and creating food that can blow your mind without the need for any animal-derived products.
Losing the food business this year was beyond tough to swallow. It’s something I’ll be processing for a long time to come. But I won’t let it be the end of this journey.
I’ve created The Brook Academy as the legacy of the whole Brook journey; from modest coffee shop to multiple restaurants and retail listings… a journey it certainly has been.
Through the academy I will share all of the knowledge I’ve accumulated, ensuring you can make incredible plant-based food at home without the faff.
Because you really can. And it’s so much easier than you might think.
