♥️Come down the steps from London Bridge and you’ll find us beside Southwark Cathedral, a stone’s throw from the Shard and the station.
Food has been traded at the foot of the bridge for around 1,000 years. 🫶🏽🌟
Nearby Nancy’s Steps have an Oliver Twist connection, and Shakespeare’s brother is buried in the cathedral. How many people walk past without knowing? 📖
The food stories are just as good: Turnips Borough a wonderful family run business in the market area ♥️🌟, our family-run Brood ♥️🌟and its much-loved paella 🥘, and amazing volunteers at Plan Zheroes taking good surplus food from traders to local charities. 🙏🏽

We’re planning and hoping to reopen this Saturday,fingers firmly crossed! 🤞🏽
If everything goes to plan, team are in today now , cleaning, preparing and getting the kitchen ready to go. 🧼👨🍳
At Brood, we cook 🧑🍳 to order using fresh ingredients, so reopening isn’t simply a case of turning the lights back on! Deliveries 🚚 need to arrive, ingredients need to be prepared and our chefs need time to get everything ready.
