Northern Powergrid are turning off our electric from 9am-4pm for essential repair work to take place. To reduce any loss of stock and safety of staff and customers we will be closed all day.

🐝🍯 Our Bee-utiful Adventure! 🍯🐝
Yesterday we had the wonderful opportunity to visit the beehives of our locally produced honey that we stock here in Eppleby Village Shop & Tearoom! 🐝🌼
From seeing the hives up close to learning about the incredible work these little bees do, it was such an interesting and enjoyable experience.
We discovered just how much hard work goes into producing a jar of honey and how important bees are to our countryside, flowers and the food we enjoy every day. 🌻🌿
It was lovely to see the bees in action and gain a greater appreciation for these amazing little creatures and the dedicated beekeeper who look after them.
A lovely experience and a fascinating insight into the world of beekeeping! 💛

We’re so lucky to have Mill Farm Pottery right here in our wonderful little village of Eppleby. ❤️
They create a beautiful range of handmade ceramics, with a selection available to browse and buy right here at the shop.
They also offer 1:1 and small group pottery sessions at their studio — perfect for anyone wanting to get creative and have a go themselves! 🏺✨

Here at Eppleby Shop & Tea Room, we’re really proud to be part of our lovely local community. ❤️
We’re more than just a little shop — we’re here to provide those everyday essentials, a friendly face and, of course, plenty of homemade cakes, bakes and savouries to enjoy with a cuppa! ☕️🍰
