Well… this is exciting 🦪🍷
Our seafood platter for two has officially arrived at The Shed!
We’ve been working on this one for a while - scallop ceviche, oysters, hand-picked crab, mussels, langoustines & octopus, all sustainably sourced from around the British coast, served with a bottle of Nutbourne Pinot Gris from our family vineyard in West Sussex.
Basically an excuse to spend your entire afternoon on the terrace.
£79 for two
Available lunch & dinner, all week long throughout the summer!

Our new Farm-to-Fork menu this week! 🌿
Seasonal British produce, a few bits from our family farm, and ingredients from suppliers we’ve known and trusted for years.
We change it every week, so it keeps up with what’s coming in fresh and tasting its best.
Midweek, it’s £24 for two courses or £28 for three, and if you’re popping in on your lunch break, we’ll have you sorted in under an hour.
Simple, seasonal, and always changing 😍

West Sussex to Notting Hill 🥩🐄🚜
Gregory Gladwin () raises the beef on our family farm, we prep it fresh in house, and it ends up here - wrapped in pastry, on your plate, at The Shed. That’s our version of farm to fork 👌

What people say
British restaurants are known for their use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients and The Shed in Palace Gardens Terrace, London is no exception. This modern European restaurant offers a daily-changing menu of Sussex produce sourced from local suppliers and the youngest brother of the Gladwin duo who is a farmer in Nutbourne, West Sussex.
The small plates at The Shed are a must-try with Oliver's flair cookery shining through dishes such as sticky spatchcock quail, mouth-watering mackerel sashimi and delicious rabbit ravioli. Guests can enjoy these dishes while perching at the tractor bonnet bar or sitting at one of the barrel tables.
But it's not just about the food at The Shed. Celebrations of all kinds can be booked at The Butcher's table where the Gladwins will create a set feasting menu that is personally sourced to please you. And on weekend nights, guests can listen out for the bell which signals that the "theatre joint" is about to be paraded through the restaurant and portions of the dish of the day are about to go on sale!
Whether you make a reservation or walk-in, The Shed welcomes everyone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and indulge in some fantastic British cuisine. With its colourful hub of flavours, flair cooking and fun atmosphere, The Shed is definitely worth a visit for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in London.
