🎉 WE ARE OFFICIALLY BACK & OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK! 🎉
I am so excited to announce that I’m back from maternity leave and the kitchen is open starting TODAY! 🦐✨
Because unexpected things can pop up with baby girl, we cannot guarantee orders without at least 24 hours’ notice and I may need to close early or adjust hours on random days—though I will always keep social media updated!
YES, WE DO ACCEPT SAME-DAY ORDERS! We will always do our absolute best to accommodate you on the day wherever possible, but giving as much notice as you can is the best way to secure your slot.

Our first holiday with baby Lily has been pure magic—watching her dip her tiny toes in the sea for the first time is something we’ll never forget. 🌊👶
We’ve also been tagging in and out so we both get an hour of “me time”:
🏎️ Yesterday: Husband watched the Grand Prix with a cold pint at a beach bar.
🦞 Today: My turn! Naturally, I spent my hour hunting down the best fish market on the island (swipe to check out the fresh catches and everything I’ve been devouring this week!).
Inspiration is everywhere out here, and my seafood-obsessed heart is buzzing with ideas for when we’re back.

Going full Cockney this weekend! 🇬🇧🦪
To be honest, I’ve always loved cockles, whelks, and jellied eels way more than expensive lobster. They take me right back to the treats my dad used to bring home for us when I was growing up.
So, I’ve set up a proper mini fish counter right in the kitchen to test the waters with a few classic extras we don’t usually stock:

Stepping back from full-time work right now to fully embrace this time with my four-month-old daughter is the best decision I’ve ever made. 💕 We had the most wonderful day together as a family at the Whitstable oyster festival—doing my absolute favorite thing in the world: eating oysters, drinking w**e, and just soaking in every second with her and my husband. Days like this are what life is all about for me 🦪🥂
