Would you believe that it's been 15 years since I started Pastificio Mansi? I will never regret the day I bought a one-way ticket to London and my life has been an incredible adventure since then.

I have spent so many years learning, creating, evolving my pasta and but like all eras, it has come to an end.

Unfortunately yes, with a heavy heart, I have to announce that February will be the last month of trading for Pasta Mansi.

I want to thank all the shops I've been able to supply over the years around town. A special thanks to Michael for believing in my product when nobody else did, Francesca , Harley Dale Cynthia Anthony Carlo Alex Colin Danielle

But the biggest thank you is for all of you who have chosen to buy our pasta and keep coming back to us. We will keep our stall at until the end of March where you will still be able to buy our pasta.

I will soon be starting a new adventure in Milan so, please stay connected with me via on Instagram to see what we get up to!
