Ricotta, buffalo mozzarella, fior di latte, Gorgonzola DOP, ricotta salata, provola, Pecorino Romano DOP and burrata — finished with smoked chilli jam.

Before we officially opened the doors, we thought we'd let the real VIPs check the place out first... 🍕🧑🍳
On Saturday we welcomed our Pizza Pilgrims families into Wimbledon for a day of pizza making, face painting, balloon animals, clowns and plenty of pizza (obviously).
Seeing so many little pizza makers getting stuck in made it a pretty special day.
Now it's your turn Wimbledon, we're officially open!

To get to Hertsmere Road in London via public transport, take the Jubilee Line or DLR to Canary Wharf station. From there, you can either walk or take a bus to Hertsmere Road.
If you are driving, head towards the Canary Wharf area and look for parking garages nearby as street parking may be limited.
Once you have arrived at Hertsmere Road, look for the pizza place, Italian restaurant and food truck. They should be easily identifiable from outside with their signage and decor.
