Our Miso, Banana & Butterscotch Pudding Ice Cream has been awarded a Great Taste 1 Star. ⭐
The judges said:
“A delicious and sophisticated ice cream with lovely natural sweetness from the banana alongside a touch of brown sugar. The miso provides excellent balance and a note of salted caramel. The judges also loved the flavour and texture of the brown sugar sponge. Delicious.”
This flavour is a very Bears Ice Cream combination. Sweet banana, salty miso, butterscotch and brown sugar sponge, all brought together by Phil into something a little unexpected but completely delicious.

Chocolate Everything is Bears’ ultimate chocolate ice cream. 🍫🍦
Made with milk and dark chocolate, each batch is hand-churned before Mr Bear folds through chocolate sauce, biscuit, meringue, crunchy chocolate pieces and generous chunks.
The details change slightly from batch to batch. Or, as Mr Bear puts it, “loads of chocolate and loads of good stuff.” 🐻 - it is Chocolate heaven!

Our Brown Butter & Rosemary Ice Cream with Sour Plum Swirl has been awarded a Great Taste 1 Star.

“The judges were very impressed by the ex*****on of the rosemary flavour, which is fresh and aromatic. The sweet-sour plums add a lovely balance to the ice cream. Unusual, brave and well done.”

Our Blueberry, Lavender & Meringue Swirl is made with fresh milk from Hinxden Farm, lavender from Castle Farm and our own homemade blueberry jam.
All brought together in our Whitstable kitchen with swirls of meringue to create one of our most-loved Bears flavours.
It’s creative ice cream made with brilliant Kent ingredients, and one we’re very proud of. 🫐💜
