Phil’s been making a list and checking it twice. Then a few more times, tweaking recipes and tasting until everything was just right.
Here’s the line-up for this year’s sharing tubs…
🍐 White Choc, Kingcott Blue, Cobnut & Mulled Pear
White chocolate, Kingcott Blue cheese, Kentish cobnuts from Potash Farm and Phil’s own mulled pear recipe, made with Hinxden Farm milk.
🎄 Christmas Pudding
Chunks of Frasers of Egerton’s Christmas pudding folded into ice cream made with Hinxden Farm milk. Two Christmas dessert essentials in one tub!
🍪 Gingerbread Caramel
Fresh root ginger ice cream with Phil’s gingerbread sponge and handmade stem ginger caramel. We haven’t held back on the ginger.
🍊 Roast Clementine & Dark Chocolate Ganache
Roasted clementines and chunks of 70% dark chocolate ganache in a coconut milk base. This one’s plant-based and vegan, too.

A first taste of Christmas at Bears Ice Cream Imaginarium… 🍦✨
Homemade gingerbread sponge, ginger ice cream made with Hinxden Farm milk, and a dip in white chocolate. Our festive ice cream sandwich brings together warming spice, creamy ginger and that lovely chocolate crunch.
We’ve been so excited to share this one with you. The first reveal from our Christmas menu, with more delicious things to come. 🤎

We loved having the team visit us in Whitstable! 🍦
They turned their ice cream stop into a tasting game, with numbered boxes and everyone guessing the flavours. Such a creative way to get the team trying something new, and our more unexpected combinations made for a little extra guesswork.

One final weekend of ice cream creativity at Food Village! 🍦
Our Scooptopia hut will be open from 10am–4pm this Saturday and Sunday, serving imaginative flavours and deliciously creative scoops for the very last time this year.
Choose a favourite or try something completely new, but don’t leave it too late. Sunday at 4pm is your final chance to enjoy Bears by the scoop at Macknade.
You’ll still find our share tubs in the main farm shop freezer, ready whenever your next Bears fix calls.

Strawberry, Olive Oil & White Chocolate 🍓🍦
Sweet strawberry, smooth white chocolate and a glug of olive oil all churned together into one very Bears scoop.
It’s rich, fruity and creamy, with the olive oil adding a lovely depth that brings the whole flavour together.
And we’re very pleased to say it’s also a finalist for Kent Dairy Product of the Year at the Taste of Kent Awards 2026. 🏆
Proof that strawberries, white chocolate and olive oil make a very, very good team.
