The restaurant was opened by a former interior designer who had a passion for baking and creating simple yet delicious food using organic ingredients. The establishment provided customers with the unique experience of watching the whole bread-making process from mix to rise to proving, and finally taking home fresh bread right out of the wood-fired oven.
