Workshop Coffee

Workshop Coffee Workshop Coffee, located on Vyner Street, is a coffee shop that serves a rotating seasonal range of espresso and filter coffees made with exceptional beans. They recruit Baristas for their central London bars through email and CV applications. The coffee used at Workshop Coffee comes from carefully selected producers such as Miranda Huaman Gregoria who works organically on her 5-hectare farm Mesapata, situated 2,000 meters above sea level in Peru. She is a member of the Valle Inca Group and benefits from agronomical advice and training alongside pre-financing for various projects at the farm level. The shop's coffee beans are brought over by importing partner Nordic Approach and primary producing partner Snap Coffee.

Our espresso martini is built on Colwith Disterally Cornish Coffee Liqueur, crafted in collaboration with us after months of testing, tasting and refinement. Using a carefully selected Ethiopian coffee and a precise extraction process, the result is layered notes of berry, spice, caramel and soft florals.

After a successful first cupping in the Academy last month, we’re excited to host our second session.

These cuppings explore the journey from seed to cup, giving context to what’s on the bar and in the bag.

This session focuses on Burundi. We’ll cup our current seasonal selections alongside experimentally processed lots, exploring the distinctive character of Burundian coffees and the opportunity to support smallholder producers in one of the world’s most resourceful origins.

Expect a guided tasting, followed by discussion around sourcing, harvest cycles and flavour.

Cuppings are limited to 10 places. Book now via the link to join us in the Academy.

Introducing aperitivo at Workshop.

We’ve extended our opening hours into the evening, allowing the cafe to move at a different pace.

A smaller, considered menu of cheese, charcuterie and snacks is now served each evening, designed to pair with cocktails, wine and Champagne, from 5pm–9pm.

With seating both inside and out, join us as we lean into warmer, summer evenings.

Consistency is at the heart of everything we do, from sourcing great coffees through to serving customers in our Belgravia Cafe. In the roastery that means mapping the taste profile, roast colour, development and weight loss of every batch of coffee across our different roasting machines.

Here are a few buckets of our darkest roast, Pillar, ready for packing. Optimised for easier brewing whether through an automatic drip machine, bean-to-cup or your mokapot, this is a daily driver coffee which is super forgiving and easy to dial in. Composed of coffees from small growers in Chapada Diamantina, Brazil and field varieties from the Riripa washing station in Ethiopia.

We pay as much attention roasting these more crowd pleasing offers as we do our beloved range of rotating single origins.
