✨ Creamy Risotto Recipe (Chicken or Fish Option) ✨

🍚 Ingredients:
Arborio rice, onion, butter, olive oil, hot chicken/fish/vegetable stock, white wine (optional), Parmesan, salt and pepper

👨‍🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Sauté the onion in butter and olive oil until soft
2️⃣ Add Arborio rice and cook for 1–2 minutes
3️⃣ Pour in white wine (optional) and let it evaporate
4️⃣ Add hot stock one ladle at a time, stirring continuously
5️⃣ Cook until creamy but slightly firm (18–20 minutes)
6️⃣ Stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper

🍗🐟 Chicken or Fish option:

* Chicken: cook separately and add at the end
* Fish: pan-sear and serve on top or alongside the risotto

💛 Serve hot and enjoy the creamy perfection!

Take the tube to Liverpool Street Station or Bethnal Green Station, then switch to bus 205 towards Paddington or bus D6 towards Hackney Central. Get off at the Cambridge Heath Station stop and walk along Hackney Road until you see Theberton Street on your left.

From the A1205, turn onto the B108 at Cambridge Heath Station. Take a left turn onto Hackney Road and then another left onto Theberton Street where you can park your car. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak hours.
