Come run, cycle or swim with us and help the Larder!
We would love supporters of all ages (entrants have been from 4 to 84) to enjoy some free local exercise and join the huge Kensal Tri group (100+) going to Blenheim Palace on Sat 3rd June.
🏊♂️🚴♀️🏃♂️
You can even share the tri and do a relay run / walk (5km), cycle (20km) and swim (750m). Discounted entry available if you’d like to help fundraise for the Larder and let us know by 20th April.

This week at the Larder Chef and his kitchen team prepared
lamb curry with saffron rice, a spinach & cherry tomato w. beetroot raita side salad and handmade beetroot flatbread

It’s Food Waste Action week, an excellent time to highlight our partnership with who collect and distribute surplus food across London.
Last year The Felix Project delivered enough food for 29, 000, 000 meals! That’s 12, 149 tonnes kept from going to landfill.
Laurence’s Larder are proud to be one of The Felix Project’s earliest partners, tackling food waste while preventing food poverty.

On the menu this week from Chef Jas - sticky chicken wings, crushed potatoes & spinach, and Waldorf salad (veggie option was a spinach & mushroom couscous).
Pudding was tiramisu!
