Inspired by the Bengali mishti doi, we’ve created a sweet nutmeg-infused cake with a decadent and luscious jaggery cream cheese frosting. The perfect fusion of flavour and traditional ingredients that have incredible healing properties.

We are back to baking, taking orders👩🏻‍🍳

We took a break to travel to my birthplace Kathmandu & see our parents in Mumbai. It’s been a month full of revisiting nostalgia and making memories with food, people and culture. To say I’m seriously inspired by the delicious food I’ve had is an understatement but that’s exactly what our menu represents. So I’m back again with an insane week of experimenting ans setting up for our next adventure.

Happy 2 years to Soul Treats 🎈
You know the old saying…it’s not the destination, but the journey that matters? Almost three years on, what an immensely satisfying journey it has been! Our success would not have been possible without the people we met along the way and the organisations we’ve been associated with.

After graduating from LCB 👩🏻‍🎓I thought I was set. Reality only kicked in when I started working at different cafes and bakeries, and understood the market. I met incredible people from whom I learnt all that I know, and I was able to grow both personally and professionally. COVID hit, but I wasn’t deterred. We registered 🫶and took our first step forward into the world of entrepreneurship.

As Soul Treats got a 5* rating⭐️I was over the moon – we had crossed a tough bridge! But things were slow, and I became demotivated. At that time, it was 💪🏻– a power-packed team of fabulous women – that gave me the confidence and clarity I needed to move forward. At our first food show with the 🎂 last year, our Treats received 2 - Great taste Awards ⭐️
And we’ve recently registered with – UK’s very own marketplace for consciously delicious, all-natural food from small-batch producers like ourselves 🧁

So much more to come, and yet I am so grateful for today.
