We’re marking World Malbec Day with a bottle Luigi’s picked out - “El Arenal” Malbec. It comes from really high vineyards (about 2,600 metres up), which gives it a nice balance of rich, dark fruit and freshness without feeling too heavy. It’s the kind of red that works brilliantly with something hearty like ’s Irish stew.

Meet Eleanor Muncer, 20, from Bournemouth.
An apprentice with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Eleanor has been part of the kitchen at Corrigan’s Mayfair for the past two years - working across fish, sauces, larder, garnish and pastry, steadily honing her craft.
With six months of her apprenticeship left before returning to school, she’ll be back with us in June, continuing through July 2026.
It’s truly been a pleasure watching her grow with us, we couldn’t be more proud.

St. Paddy’s calls for something proper. Guinness-braised ox cheek, done Corrigan style: slow cooked and dangerously good. Oh, and don’t forget the poached Oyster.

What people say
British restaurants are known for their classic indulgence and Corrigan's Mayfair is no exception. Located on Upper Grosvenor Street, this restaurant offers a luxurious dining experience that is sure to impress. One of the standout dishes is the caviar service, which includes Petrossianuk Royal caviar served with fresh-made blinis, shallots, chives, hard-boiled egg yolk and white, and Crème Fraîche. The Day Boat Cornish Monkfish with Pearl Barley, Brown Shrimp, Crown Prince and White Balsamic is another must-try dish that showcases the best of winter ingredients. Corrigan's Mayfair also hosts wine dinners where Chef Luke puts together a fantastic paired menu designed with the wine in mind. The restaurant takes a short break to unwind and reset from the festive season but welcomes guests back for dinner on Thursday 5th January. Overall, Corrigan's Mayfair is an excellent choice for those looking for a high-end British dining experience in London.
