To get to Greenwich Market, you can take the DLR to Cutty Sark station or the Overground to Greenwich station. From Cutty Sark station, it's about a five-minute walk to the market. From Greenwich station, it's about a 10-minute walk.
If you're driving, there is parking available in the nearby car parks and metered street parking. However, driving is not recommended as parking can be limited and expensive.
