With the Tollington closed, our sister pub, The Big Red, will be open from 11 am should anyone need somewhere for that pre/post-match drink.
It can be found on Holloway Road ( No: 385), a short walk from the Tollington.

A heartfelt thank you for the tremendous support following the fire in our basement, which has sadly forced us to close temporarily.
The pub is touched by the offers to set up a GoFundMe page. While incredibly grateful, please don’t set one up - this is exactly what insurance is for, and we’re working through that process.
The best support our fantastic community can give us is to come back when we reopen. The pub can’t wait to welcome you through the doors again.

Watching this video back has given me time to reflect…
I deeply regret that the property was sold by Greene King to KRNS Properties Limited.
In my experience, Greene King put tenants first when situations like this arose. Sadly, I haven’t felt that same care or support from KRNS.

We have 13 x 8-seater benches available, all refurbished in August!
As we prepare for a Structural Engineer to carry out a full inspection of the building, we need to clear the space to allow full access.

A reminder that we’ll remain closed tomorrow evening for the Lille game.
After a tough weekend, we’re now working with the relevant teams to get the pub back on its feet. There’s a lot to do, and it will take some time before we can reopen.

Thank you so much for all your messages of support - they’ve meant a lot to us. Thankfully, we’re all okay, apart from some smoke inhalation!
Our sister pub, The Big Red Holloway, will be open from 2pm, and we hope to see some of you up there after the game.

We’re really sorry to let you know that, following a fire in our basement, the pub will be closed tomorrow for the Leeds game and will almost certainly remain closed for a little while.
It’s a difficult time for us, and we’re sorry to disappoint everyone who was planning to join us. Please make alternative plans for tomorrow - we can’t apologise enough for the disruption.
We’ll keep you updated here as soon as we know more. Thank you for your patience, understanding and support. It means a lot to all of us.

To get to Hornsey Road in London, you can take the Piccadilly or Victoria Line to Finsbury Park Station and then transfer to the W5 bus towards Archway. Alternatively, you can take the Overground train to Crouch Hill Station and walk down Hornsey Road for about 10 minutes.
If driving, you can take the A1 road and turn onto Hornsey Road near Holloway Prison. There is limited street parking available in the area, but there are also several paid parking lots nearby.
