Tintico, located on Station Road, is a coffee shop that offers an exceptional collection of coffee straight from the heart of Peru. The coffee beans are sourced from the Inca empire in the Cusco region and are grown by indigenous farmers who work harmoniously with nature to ensure that the coffee trees thrive. The producers employ a centralized wet mill nestled at 800 masl to achieve exceptional consistency, and each bean undergoes a meticulous journey from floating and washing to pulping and overnight fermentation in tiled tanks for 12 - 16 hours. Finally, the coffee beans are dried on patios for 7-10 days, embracing nature's way. Tintico also offers a seasonal rotation of single origin coffees, which can be subscribed online for hassle-free delivery or found in their Soho and Finchley locations. Overall, Tintico is a must-visit for anyone looking for beautifully crafted coffee that pays homage to its origins while embracing nature's way.
