Introducing Slow Brew.
A new blend created specifically for filter brewing, and our first release as an official member of the Slow Food Movement.
We’ve brought together coffees from smallholder communities in Huila, Colombia and Mount Elgon, Uganda. The Colombian coffee brings brown sugar sweetness and soft apple, while the Ugandan adds citrus, silky sweetness and fresh aromatics.
Together, they make a juicy, expressive filter coffee with plenty of character.
Slow Brew joins our perennial range, with seasonally refreshed coffees keeping the blend evolving throughout the year.
For us, joining Slow Food reflects a belief we’ve held since the beginning: exceptional flavour starts with the people and places behind the coffee, and quality, sustainability and strong relationships should go hand in hand.

One more Summer Bank Holiday, one more long weekend.
Our canned Cold Brew and Coffee Spritz are made for keeping chilled and reaching for when you’re heading out to make the most of the last of the summer sun.
Both start with the same El Nevado lot, grown high on the slopes of El Nevado del Huila in Colombia and roasted by us to bring out its natural sweetness. Nitrogen-sealed and ready to drink straight from the fridge.
And if you can’t decide which to take with you, our new Cold Coffee Mixed Pack brings both together in one box.

Wholesale Spotlight: Marjorie’s.
Marjorie’s is a neighbourhood wine bar where good food, good wine and good company come together. We’re proud to supply the coffee, and even prouder that Workshop was part of the plan from the very beginning.
Co-founder Josh told us:
“Honestly, we knew we wanted to serve Workshop Coffee way before we opened the doors. We think they’re the best beans money can buy in the UK. That’s the first reason we work with Workshop!”
We’re very happy to be part of the Marjorie’s table.

Our new online Coffee Quiz asks a few simple questions about how you like to drink your coffee, what flavours you enjoy and how you brew. From there, we’ll guide you towards coffees that suit your taste, from familiar favourites to something a little more unexpected.
Try it via the link in our bio.
