Chef Antonio’s Italian heritage shines through in lovingly handmade gnocchi.
Available on our brock menu, the delicious dish is inspired by Antonio’s ‘Nonna’, who taught him how to make pasta every Sunday growing up.
Today, he serves his comforting large plate with seasonal Scottish girolle mushrooms, sweetcorn, and miso as a must-try main upstairs at The Talbot.
