Festive Embroidery Workshop: The Christmas Hedgehog 🦔

A festive embroidery workshop inspired by medieval manuscripts and winter folklore. Learn all about the curious medieval book of beasts, learn some festive embroidery skills, and make you’re very own Christmas hedgehog decoration to take home!

Festive Wreath Making 🌿
Saturday 28, Sunday 29 November, Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 December, 11am & 3.30pm
Get into the festive spirit and make your very own Christmas wreath using beautiful natural materials! These workshops are popular so early booking recommended.

Festive Willow Decoration Workshop 🧺
Sunday 6 December, 11am
Learn how to make three different willow Christmas decorations using different willow weaving techniques. Beautiful natural decorations to hang on a Christmas tree or around your home.

On Saturday 24th October we're running a special lino cutting workshop all about the beautiful world of vegetables. 🫜

Join to look at the patterns, shapes and details of our favourite veg. From the stripes of an onion to the texture of a pumpkin, get stuck in learning how to lino cut!

You'll print 5 cards to take home plus your lino stamp to reuse again and again.

Are you an experienced SEND educator who'd love to help children and young people connect with nature?

We're looking for someone to lead inclusive, hands-on learning sessions in our beautiful community gardens in Brockwell Park, working with primary and secondary school groups with complex SEND needs.

💚 Experience working with children and young people with complex SEND needs is essential.

🌻 Gardening or outdoor teaching experience? Lovely to have, but not essential! We're looking for SEND expertise, creativity and a willingness to learn.

Join us from 26–28 October for three days of nature adventures, wildlife discoveries and hands-on cooking workshops!

We've got lots of autumn fun planned for children aged 4–11. 🐸🥨🎃

Calling all local musicians! 🎶

Are you a London based artist or band looking to perform at a beautiful community garden? Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses is looking for up-and-coming musicians for it's winter 2026/spring 2027 live music series.

We hold live music events one Sunday afternoon/evening per month in our intimate barn space or outside in the warmer months.

Criteria:
- Solo artists or small bands
- Any genre or style welcome
- Must be able to play two 40/45 minute sets
- Should ideally have a link to nature, community and our environment

Gig at the Greenhouses: iyatraQuartet 🎻

Local alt-folk / classical band iyatraQuartet are back at BPCG! The four versatile musicians bring violin, cello, clarinets, percussion, charango and vocals to create original material and a unique sound.

For their return to the Greenhouses, they will be playing material from their new album, Wild Green. The album follows the cycle of the year with a focus on the natural world. With over ten years playing together and two critically acclaimed albums, iyatraQuartet have built a reputation as an exciting live act performing original music that engages diverse audiences.

This autumn we will be celebrating the delicious food grown on site with a Harvest Festival. Join us on Sunday 20th September, 12 - 3pm, to mark the bounty of the season. Garden trails, kid’s activities, apple pressing, delicious dishes and cocktails will all feature our edible garden!

Discover what we grow and what can be made with it. From tasty pickles and preserves, warming comfort food and refreshing drinks, you will have the opportunity to try and buy. Drinks and snacks will be available to purchase on the day. Pre-booking is required if you want a hearty seasonal hot meal. All food will be vegetarian, unfortunately we are unable to cater for other dietary requirements.

This is a free event. Please book a free ticket in advance so we know how many people to expect.
