To celebrate Sourdough September in Edinburgh, we’re launching a new monthly loaf series, with a seasonal special available Friday to Sunday each month.
Kicking things off is our Confit Garlic, Cheddar, Spring Onion & Sesame loaf.
Keep an eye out for a new flavour every month!

Meet Elenora, our Head of Pastry & Bakery Development in London ✨
Elenora discovered her love of baking at a young age growing up in Iceland and soon developed a passion for all things pastry and chocolate. Since then, she has dedicated herself to perfecting her craft, bringing creativity, skill and passion to everything she creates.
Known for her ever present smile and positive energy, Elenora is a joy to work with and a huge part of what makes our bakery team so special. A master of lamination, her favourite thing to bake is the croissant, and it shows..!
We’re lucky to have Elenora leading our pastry production in London, supplying East Dulwich and Wandsworth with beautiful pastries and baked goods every day. With a keen eye for new ideas and exceptional flavour combinations, she’s constantly inspiring what’s next at Söderberg.
