Not a rebrand.
A recalibration.
This mark represents everything Magdalene has become.
Layered.
Global.
Curated.
Built from flavour, not formulas.
No trends chased.
No beige bowl culture.
No copying what everyone else is doing down the road.
Just a small independent brand that believed food could feel different.
This logo is a symbol of movement.
Of influence without ownership.
Of cultures, textures, spice, balance and identity all meeting in one place.
From painting the walls ourselves…
To queues out the door at Liverpool Street.
This is only the beginning.
Welcome to the next era of Magdalene.
We are Redefining Bowl Culture…..

Springy Salad Bar.
In theory anyway.
Outside? Grey skies, questionable temperatures and everyone still pretending it’s coat weather.
Inside Magdalene? Colour. Heat. Crunch. Texture. Bowls that taste like spring finally got the memo.
This week’s bar is layered properly. Not sad lettuce pretending to be lunch. We’re talking vibrant salads, bold dressings, warm grains, fresh herbs and flavours that wake your brain up a bit.
Because bowl culture was never meant to be boring.
And neither was your lunch break.

Redefining bowl culture & how you think about food is our main mission 🍲

Redefining bowl culture, one plate at a time.
At Magdalene, we don’t follow food trends—we curate flavour.
Think Korean spice. Chinese umami. European depth.
Not to replicate. To bring balance.
This is what happens when global influences meet a single idea:
food that works together in one bowl.
No rules. No labels. Just layered flavour, texture, and intention.
If you’re bored of the same salad bowls and predictable lunches in London…
this is your shift.

You’re been told how food should be put together.
We don’t follow that.
You build it.
You choose it.
That’s Bowl Culture.

You’ve been told food has rules.
What belongs together. What doesn’t
We don’t follow that.
This is bowl culture
