Lots of delicious finger food today at !
We served up a fantastic selection including finger sandwiches (egg mayo, coronation chicken, ham & mustard, and smoked salmon), mini quiches, sausage rolls with our smoked onion jam, mini bolognese pies finished with Parmesan and a rich gravy glaze, and Spanish-style potato tortillas with spiced mayonnaise.
A fabulous spread of bite-sized favourites for 190 guests.

Prep in the kitchen today for tomorrow’s lunch event. 200 bolognaise mini pies with Parmesan and gravy glaze done, and mini sausage rolls to be cooked tomorrow - with our smoked onion jam as the social ingredient as two of the nine finger foods that were serving 190 guests tomorrow.

Mini Wiener schnitzel with warm potato rösti, lemon aioli, and parsley oil

Back in the kitchen, we’re getting ready for tomorrow’s event with a touch of French flair🔥 Chicken liver parfait flambéed with Cognac will be one of the canapés.
