We’re giving this classic beauty a little Mrs.SW13 love, keeping that Miami retro feel, and next season she’ll be ready for river deliveries, special events… and perhaps even a few intimate private cruises. 🥂☀️

120 years worth celebrating! 🥂✨
A fabulous double 50th celebration AND a 20th wedding anniversary — now that’s a reason for a party!
Lots of canapés, delicious bowl food, followed by a chocolate, blueberry & lemon celebration cake to finish. 🎂

Delighted to once again be creating the menu for the Swedish Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Christmas Luncheon at this November. 🇸🇪🇬🇧
With a history spanning more than a century, this cherished tradition is a true highlight of the business calendar—bringing together the Swedish-British business community for the largest event of its kind outside Sweden.
Such an honour to be part of it again!

Every trip sparks new ideas, flavours and combinations, and I’m looking forward to bringing a little of fusion Spain back into the kitchen. ❤️ Barcelona!
Back in London, it’s straight into a busy season with beautiful weddings, incredible private celebrations, and one of my favourite projects of the year—creating the menu for this year’s Swedish Chamber of Commerce Gala Dinner at the Landmark Hotel.
