Nothing says home quite like seeing so many Indian artists come through our doors in London. At Rupert Street, we’ve brought the comfort of home into a beautiful new space (with air conditioning too!). Thank you, Nitish, for capturing these wonderful moments with Kusha Kapila, Gurleen Pannu and Aaditya Kulshreshth. Nitish has been with us since our Kingly Court days, and it’s been a joy to see him embrace our move to Rupert Street with such positivity and pride.

What a week it has been at Darjeeling Express. Our doors are open, bookings are now live, and we’re delighted to welcome both reservations and walk-ins.
As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a bowl of rose petals at our entrance, a small gesture that reflects the heartfelt hospitality waiting inside.
With our larger kitchen we’ve been able to introduce new dishes. Check our website (link in bio) for more details.

Located in the heart of London at 1-2. 4 Kingly Court, this restaurant offers an authentic taste of home-style Indian regional food that is cooked with patience and passion. What sets Darjeeling Express apart is that it has an all-women kitchen, which adds a unique touch to the dining experience.
One of the standout features of Darjeeling Express is its tasting menu, which allows diners to sample a variety of dishes that showcase the restaurant's culinary expertise. The Sunday Brunch is also highly recommended, as it offers a delicious selection of traditional Indian breakfast items.

The quality of the food at Darjeeling Express is exceptional, as evidenced by the rave reviews from customers who have dined there.
