You might spot something new in our café—our impact board.
At first glance, it’s a chalkboard. But really, it’s a snapshot of lives growing in confidence, skills, and independence every single day at Beans & Bloom.
So far, we’ve:
• Trained 24 adults with learning disabilities
• Delivered 4,472 hours of hands-on training
• Celebrated 5 trainees achieving their Food Hygiene Level 2
• Supported 13 trainees through our tailored hospitality course
Behind every number is a person, a story, and a step forward.
Because for us, it’s never just about coffee—it’s about creating opportunities, building confidence, and supporting people to thrive.
