Today I met 4 brilliant young adults through the Jobcentre and invited all 4 back for trial shifts. 💚
Sometimes people just need someone to give them a chance.

I have a confession… I don’t usually like honey cake. 🙈🍯
And the main reason? Raisins.
I really, really don’t like raisins. In anything. 😂
But this year I decided to give honey cake another go, my way. No raisins, and I wanted it to be much softer, moist and properly delicious.
I’m very happy to report… it worked. 😍
Our soft, moist honey cake is now available at The Cheeky Pea. So if you’re coming to Kingston for your falafel fix, just know there’s a lovely slice of honey cake waiting alongside it too. 🍰💛

From Kingston upon Thames, take the A308 southbound towards Hampton Court Palace. Continue on the A308 until you reach Penrhyn Road. Turn right onto Penrhyn Road and continue straight until you see parking options available in the area. The Cheeky Pea is within walking distance from there.
