My largest sugar model to date - at almost 30cm tall 😳😅 - and she was sooo much fun to create 🤗

I adore sculpting characters with all their little quirks and details. This particular character had a special little set/diorama built especially for her, for safekeeping 👌

If you'd like a cake topper sculpted - or even just a free-standing figurine - in polymer clay or sugarpaste, of a loved one for a special occasion, I'd be MORE than happy to help!

This has to be the most challenging but enjoyable cake I've ever made 😅🤗

My amazing customer Karen allowed me to indulge my love of sculpting and detail and really go to town combining three of her daughters' favourite TV soaps. I had to learn lots of names and get a feel for the character's personalities 😅 but I had fun in the process, creating individual facial expressions and 'body language' in sugarpaste 👌

This cake stands at a HUGE 22" tall 🤯 so was designed to be transported in two parts. Deliciously decadent real chocolate cake sits behind the artistry 😋

This really my comfort zone when it comes to cake - not perfectly smooth round cakes with sharp edges 😅 I love diving deep into the smallest details and realistic textures, and hopefully that shows here.

I just love making highly-personalised cakes; this particular loyal customer gives me lots of creative freedom to incorporate all of her daughter's favourite things into one showstopper.

This year is ice hockey themed, showcasing the recipient's own team and her fave pro team. Featuring a 3D stick and puck, which is smashing through the isomalt 'ice' at the very top ❄️🏒

So... all my best cakey and cookie...ey 🤔😆 work is now loaded on my brand new Instagram page ☝️and it's tumbleweeds and crickets there right now 🤣 Did I mention I'm rubbish at social media?! Bit annoyed with myself that I didn't set it up sooner. I just feel like it's a prerequisite these days - even though I'm not sure how to get the most from it 🤷‍♀️
