There is just three days left of our Asparagus menu to enjoy them at their best. The British asparagus season is tantalisingly short, with the freshest and sweetest spears harvested in May, so there is no better time than now to enjoy them with pairings that elevate their flavour even more.

Choose from poached asparagus with grated parmesan and brown butter, Seared beef carpaccio served with asparagus salad and shaved pecorino, Hand-cut tagliolini, asparagus & spring black truffle or Asparagus & wild garlic risotto.
