Spinach Crystal Palace here we come, and I can now tell you that we will be taking over the old Tell Tale site on the corner of Westow Street and Jasper Road.

It has not been an easy process and as you get older these big decisions seem to only get harder. The feeling of is this going to work, am I good enough, can I still be a parent and work? Do I have enough money?? I mean the list of reasons not to do it goes on...

But Spinach is a brand I truly believe in and it’s a business I love.

I absolutely love what I do, I get to meet the most interesting people, and for a talker like me I get to talk to you all day long.

I think the hospitality industry is so important for so many reasons, and to add another to a community I love I think is just wonderful.

I am so excited to be working in a place I call home and just absolutely love. Bringing the two together.

Anyone who has any spare time and wants to come help with setting the place up come and see me. I will be on site from the 28th.

Otherwise looking to open in the first weekend of Jan. Please bear with us whilst we figure out the the motions. Food may be slow, mistakes will happen but the love is there...

Love, Mel x
