Every slice of bread on our tables starts from a pair of hands. A look inside Seven Seeded Artisan Bakery, the bakery behind our sea salt & rosemary focaccia and potato sourdough.

Secondi dishes rarely need more than a handful of ingredients, and some bread close by for whatever’s left behind.

Our Gamberi all’Aglio follows that ethos: tiger prawns and datterini tomato roasted with garlic and chilli, spooned over focaccia and finished with a scatter of extra garlic.

Tiramisù. The star of the show. A permanent fixture at our restaurants.

Built in three layers — no more, no less — and finished with a dusting of cocoa.

Started out as sbatudin, egg yolks whisked with sugar, a simple energy booster. Somewhere along the way, it became the dessert we know today.

Cavolo is an ingredient found in countryside kitchens across Italy. An everyday vegetable, turned into something worth sitting down for.

Ours is charred and served over braised cannellini and borlotti beans, finished with agrodolce and salsa verde.

Find our Cavolo Cappuccio in the secondi section of our summer menu. Entirely vegan.

Aperitivo is more than just a drink before dinner. Something to sip, something small to eat, and no rush to leave.

At Lina in Piazza, our platters are built around Parmigiano Reggiano. Aged for 24, 34, or 48 months, and served alongside cured meats, focaccia, and cime di rapa.

Made for sharing, on the terrace. Pair with a Campari Negroni.

Burrata was born in Puglia about a century ago from a simple rule: nothing goes to waste, and it has to be eaten fresh.

Ours comes from La Latteria, made in London, the traditional way — by hand, in small batches, with milk sourced from local farms.

Meet the star of our Burrata con Pesto di Lina, available now on our summer menu. Our pesto has its own story. Stay tuned.

Our new Pici Cacio e Pepe celebrates Tuscan tradition, where handmade pasta and just a handful of exceptional ingredients come together to create a timeless classic.

Along Italy’s coastline, the best dishes always start with the day’s catch.

Our new sea bream honours that tradition, pairing beautifully fresh fish with seasonal ingredients and a light touch in the kitchen.

This is the first of many stories behind our new summer menu, now available in all our restaurants.
