to commemorate the 10-year, we are daringly trying to relocate our OG off-set smoker in time for street festival [ august 19 ]. originating from houston, measuring up at 4.5 tonne / 7-metres, you’d think this would be easier to trace than it’s proving...

when we opened our bricks and mortar site, we traded the unit to barbecue republic in 2016. and this is the last we have seen or heard.

celebrating a decade long legacy of smoking. from humble beginnings in a derelict dalston carpark to glastonbury festival to our bricks and mortar restaurant [ november 2016 ], this is a special toast to all those [ past and present ] who have built the brand with us.

to celebrate, we are going back to our street feast roots and throwing a summer party, bringing back the festival vibes of 2013. we are taking over the [ sclater st ] car park opposite smokestak for one day / one night only. two double-stacked 40-ft shipping container remodelled into a festival bar. three live djs. four wood-burning smokers imported from all corners of the uk. expect smokestak classics and one off dishes from guest chefs who have worked with us over the past ten years.
