Potage is closing. After 10 wonderful years sadly Potage is closing. I want to take the chance to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. If you'd like to order please make sure you do so before we sell out.

My husband eats these raw straight from the freezer, I like them warm straight out the oven after 10 minutes when the middle is molten and gooey and outside a perfect crunch.

We've been working on our Beef Bourguignon recipe for months to make it extra special and think you will love it.
Slow cooked grass fed British beef with shallots, chestnut mushrooms, smokey bacon and as a little twist we add a deliciously nutty flavoured pearl barley instead of potatoes.
This is a great one for lots of people. Order three of our Beef Bourguignon (serves 2) for an effortless dinner party for 6 friends. Serves with steamed seasonal greens.
