Ten years ago, Alla Salute was a crazy idea and a suitcase full of Puglia 🧳🇮🇹
Lampascioni, artichokes in olive oil, wild rocket, cavatelli, ricotta… and Mamma’s recipes, which never leave the kitchen.
That’s ten years of Alla Salute. Not a restaurant, but a little family.
Come and celebrate with us on Saturday 24 October 🎉 Grazie for every single night.

Some restaurants have a host. We have Barbara ❤️
She’ll know your name by your second visit and your favourite pizza by your third. Then the music starts, someone starts singing along, and suddenly it’s 11pm and nobody wants to leave.
Live music every Saturday from 7pm. Free entry, good w**e, and Barbara making the rounds 🎶🍷

If you live in the building, your new local Italian restaurant is only a few floors away. 🇮🇹
Come down often enough and Barbara will know your name, your favourite dish and exactly which drink to have ready. That’s what being a neighbourhood trattoria is all about. 🤍

From pan to plate, this is how one of Puglia’s most iconic dishes comes together. 🍝🇮🇹
Orecchiette tossed with cime di rapa, garlic, chilli and anchovies, then finished with breadcrumbs. Simple ingredients, proper Puglian flavour and absolutely worth the wait.

£6.90 for bread? Not quite. 🍅🇮🇹
Our Bruschetta Pugliese is made with flavourful tomatoes and olive oil brought directly from Puglia, from a producer Barbara has known since childhood.
One is rarely enough — and our customers can confirm it. 😉
