Wine of the Week!
Ludovic (Farringdon's GM, part-time sommelier, full-time legend) has cracked open Hugh’s Cabernet 2019 from Mac Forbes, Yarra Valley.
Redcurrant, dried herbs, a bit of cedar, a flirt of to***co leaf, whisper of pepper. Basically: brooding, complex, delicious.
Poured by the glass at Farringdon all week. Come sip it before Ludovic finishes the bottle.
