For the Indian restaurant, take the Jubilee Line to West Hampstead and walk south on West End Lane. Turn right onto Broadhurst Gardens and continue straight until you reach the restaurant.
For the Asian restaurant, take the Overground to Hampstead Heath Station and exit onto South End Road. Walk southeast towards Redington Gardens and turn left onto Mansfield Road. The restaurant will be on your right.
