Hudsons Brasserie was a beloved American restaurant and bar & grill located in Mill Hill. Known for its delicious burgers and ribs, the restaurant also offered classic fish and chips and an extensive cocktail menu. Throughout its existence, Hudsons regularly posted on social media to promote its weekly 2-for-1 cocktail nights on Fridays as well as its Burger Night on Mondays and Rib Night on Thursdays. Ultimately, in 2022, Hudsons closed permanently and moved to a fully online delivery service.
