"AMICI DI ZANZIBAR" sostengono una scuola e un piccolo ospedale nell`isola ed hanno vari progetti che hanno bisogno di essere finanziati. Piu` dell`85% delle donazioni arriveranno direttamente ai bambini che vengono aiutati.

We are searching this time for a Manager and Barista, job description below:
A motivated manager with a minimum of 2 years experience in a role as manager.

· Passionate about provided excellent customer service

· Strong organisation skills

· The ability to thrive under pressure

· A people’s person – doctor espresso is not just about the coffee it is the whole experience.

· You need to be a friendly person and build connections with our customers

Responsibilities

Must have good knowledge and experience in Speciality Coffee
Manage the day-to-day operations of a shop.
Train new staff or management as and when required.
To manage, motivate and help in the development of your team.
Maintain customer service excellence and ensure your team does the same.
Assess the cost of inventory and make sure stock is properly allocated.
Monthly stock take
Create management reports.
Ensure all admin, documentation, logs and records are being completed daily
To attend meetings with other management and owner when needed
Follow all health and safety, fire guidelines, risk assessments and legislation to keep yourself and your staff safe in the work place. Courses will be provided when necessary.
Develop strategies for the development of the shop.
Inspect the condition of the shop, fixtures, and equipment and make recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure that products are delivered on time and in proper condition.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
MANAGER POSITION: Salary: From £29,000.00 per year
