Some dishes come and go. This one’s stayed in the spotlight since day one.
Our cauliflower’s had a few glow-ups over the years, but it’s still the dish people talk about, come back for, and drag their mates across London to eat.
Current incarnation: Flame-grilled cauliflower with harissa butter, tahini, pine nuts and rose. 🔥
See you under the arch

Slow-grilled saffron & turmeric chicken, dripping in flavour, sat on smoky salata mashwiya with yoghurt and burnt onion doing their thing. Messy, punchy, worth it.
The arch is open Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm. Bring mates.

Start strong, stay for the spread.
Whipped feta, semi-dried tomatoes, a little hit of rose… just the beginning. Our mezze is built for the table. Big flavours, no rules, best when everything’s ordered and nothing’s left.
The kind of eating that turns into a long one.
The arch is open Wednesday to Saturday for dinner. Come hungry.

While everyone else is chasing chocolate eggs, we’re doing it properly… smoked lamb mechoui, harissa bringing the heat, cumin salt doing bits, flatbread ready to mop up the damage.
Less Easter bunny, more Easter lamb.
Wash away your sins with a K-Negroni on the side. Pepper-infused gin, & house-made Berber vermouth
